I'm on day 5 myself, and I have been feeling really great mostly, energetic. I have been having some trouble with sugar withdrawals, but I think it's mostly mental.

I got some sugar free candies and it helps a little bit, but it can set off cravings so it may not be a good idea for everyone. I've lost about 5 lbs so far and I am so excited. I hope that I can continue with this one becuase I have quite a way to go.
