Just wondering ...

what was everyone's weight loss during phase I? So far I am enjoying the SBD but I am feeling pretty tired. I've been drinking tons of waters and eating my veggies but I'm only on day 4 so I'm sure I will start feeling better soon.

I'm on day 5 myself, and I have been feeling really great mostly, energetic. I have been having some trouble with sugar withdrawals, but I think it's mostly mental. :) I got some sugar free candies and it helps a little bit, but it can set off cravings so it may not be a good idea for everyone. I've lost about 5 lbs so far and I am so excited. I hope that I can continue with this one becuase I have quite a way to go.

The tired feeling will go away. I lost 9 pounds on phase 1. Stay with it. I fell off the wagon and am ready to go back to phase 1 again to detox!

I lost 12 pounds in the first month, of which around 10 was phase one and a couple in phase one and a half.

I felt quite tired too, but it does pass.

I'm on Day 11 of Phase 1 and I've lost about 9 lbs to date. Day 4 seems so lo
ng ago... ;).

But I think that was just about the point that the excitement of emptying the pantry of bad carbs and stocking up on new food choices began to wear off. My favorite carb cravings (donuts, bread, crackers, pizza) began to hit me with a vengence and I was incredibly fatigued. I only had the energy to exercise twice in my first 10 days. But I'm finally feeling better. For me it's so important that I must eat on schedule. If I allow myself to get hungry the bad cravings and tiredness becomes extreme. Good luck - things will be better in just a few days.

I lost 5.5 lbs on my first week of Phase I - won't know about the rest until Tuesday when I weigh in again. I didn't notice fatigue, but considering I have a 4-year-old and a 7-month-old, I'm always half asleep anyway! (I have, however, heard that Phase I fatigue eases up after a week or so!)

I have lost 5 pounds so far and I am on day 6. I feel very entergetic and have not had an withdrawals so far. Doing great on plan without cheating so far!

The tiredness might be from not having the right veggies maybe??? Not sure. Sorry not to be of much help
