When I first started, I had ordered the book, but didn't receive
it in the mail for a few days. I went ahead and began SBD by
reading these wonderful boards, and learning from others.

I really understood the program a lot better, and the under-
lying reasons for the different foods after I had read the book.
It was money, and time well spent.
