I started on June 22nd - so it's been about 4 1/2 weeks. I've lost about 8 pounds total (and the same one or two several times over). Most of that was in the first phase. I am, however, feeling and looking much slimmer. I have increased my walking significantly since I am planning to walk a marathon in October and I attribute a lot of my current state to that program. For reference - I am 5'6", and would like to drop another 10 pounds.
Edit - P.S. The hardest part was: Getting through days 4 and 5.
