. I haven't had any big problems. A little tired and dragging at first, but now I am fine. I am planning on doing this for life.
... was too scared to start phase II and stayed in phase I another week loosing another 3 lbs ... then I totally lost it for about a week (started snacking on Carbolite bars, which led me back to real chocolate). Managed not to gain anything and went back to Phase I 7/20.
).
. Since I do not have the evening cravings that I used to get , I feel that I'm on my way to being able to maintain my losses.
