You did just fine posting and you are going to do just fine on this new way of eating. It is wonderful! You are going to be amazed at how well your body will respond.
As far as the sugar goes, hmmmmmm, you will have to give it UP (well almost)! The sugar free jello is ok but we are limited to 75 calories per day of sugars including sugar substitutes.
In about 3 days, maybe sooner, you will see that the sugar cravings will disapear and if you decide to indulge in them after you have detoxed, your body will let you know about it!!

Trust me, it is not worth it!
