B: 1/2c cottage cheese on whole wheat English muffin; 2 cups skim; COFFEE
L: 3 meatballs; spinach, kale, some apple slices, Brussels sprouts
S: walnuts and yogurt or baby bell lite and an orange!
D: turkey chili & yogurt
Got really bad news re my mother's health yesterday and bad news re a job I wanted, today. My goal is to be kind to myself by keeping to my plan and not to venture near all of the $@&! VDay chocolate that's on sale everywhere!

Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

Peanutbutter Banana Muffin (no flour recipe)
ICBINB, just a dab
Glass of skim milk

carrot sticks
Yogurt

Kielbasa slices
cucumber slices
RF cheddar slices

Tangerine (cutie, love these)

Meat balls (homemade, no bread crumbs) with marinara & parmasean
Broccolli (a TON!)
Glass of skim milk

Glass of wine
Cheese string

L: turkey hot dog, sauerkraut on WW roll with side salad
S: turkey pepperoni, mozzarella stick, tomatoes and cucumbers
D: BAD OFF PLAN - got so sick from it.

L: turkey burger, 1/2 whole wheat bun, 1 cup fruit, 2 cups of arugula
S: yogurt & 7 walnut halves
D: probably turkey meatballs, kale chips, steamed broccoli and salad

Thanks for the kind words RiverGirl and Jandaman. Just hoping all goes smoothly with my mom's surgery....we'll find out the date this week. (Jandaman, I'm jealous that you're in Germany. I used to live there & loved it, but moved back to the States when my mother fell ill. I weighed less when I lived in Germany even though my daily breakfast was a full-fat latte and a Butterbrez'n!!)

EliseVifingers crossed and Daumen gedrückt for your mom's surgery. I can't believe you didn't put any weight on here! I have been here over a decade now and all the delectable pastries and bread! Oh my! They are/were my downfall Butterbrez'n, huh? So, I am assuming you lived in Bavaria or Franconia?
