Mondays = Day off & Sleep in Yogurt w/ grapes Turkey Pepperoni 'Chips' Celery Sticks Orange Pepper Slices W/ Salsa & Yogurt Dip Skim milk Hamburger (homemade, no bread crumbs & sans bun) w/ lettuce, tomato, dill pickle, mustard & ketchup Green Beans Skim Milk Cucumber & RF Cheddar (snack for later) |

B: egg white, rf cheddar and turkey sausage on WW muffin thin, coffee, v8 S: green monster smoothie L: leftovers - middle eastern beef and brown rice, salad D: will involve a glass of wine! Probably mahi mahi and veggies. ETA: Dinner was a beet and goat cheese salad and flank steak. I did indulge in a glass of wine and half a dessert. Luckily, no cravings! |
