S: Salted Cashews + 1 tiny truffle (not exactly dark but higher % of cacao :p)
L: Egg sandwich
S: Apple + protein powder and almond milk
D: Grilled chicken w. steamed veggies

Mondays = Day off & Sleep in

Yogurt w/ grapes

Turkey Pepperoni 'Chips'
Celery Sticks
Orange Pepper Slices
W/ Salsa & Yogurt Dip
Skim milk

Hamburger (homemade, no bread crumbs & sans bun) w/ lettuce, tomato, dill pickle, mustard & ketchup
Green Beans
Skim Milk

Cucumber & RF Cheddar (snack for later)

B: oatmeal made w/ skim & LC; 1 kiwi (delicious!), tea w/ skim
S: skim latte and mini baby bell
L: lentil soup and cottage cheese w/ walnuts
D: TBD...turkey chili (if it defrosts) and yogurt

L: chicken-vegetable soup, cucumber w/ LC
S: coffee w/ skim, baby bell lite x2
D: chicken, broccoli, onion saute and salad
NO EATING AFTER 9pm, gosh darn it!!! :-o

Pudding

Hotdog "salad"
Broccolli
Glass of skim milk

Cucumber Slices w/ rf cream cheese (if munchie later!)

B: egg white, rf cheddar and turkey sausage on WW muffin thin, coffee, v8
S: green monster smoothie
L: leftovers - middle eastern beef and brown rice, salad
D: will involve a glass of wine! Probably mahi mahi and veggies.

ETA: Dinner was a beet and goat cheese salad and flank steak. I did indulge in a glass of wine and half a dessert. Luckily, no cravings!
