1: pumpkin cheesecake smoothie (pumpkin, lf ricotta, 1% milk, choco powder, 1/2 frozen banana)
2: spinach/tomato/bean/cheese egg white omelet topped w hot sauce, one piece dark chocolate
3: giant salad (mixed lettuces, tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, capers, evoo, s&p)
4: nf greek yogurt w pb and jelly
5: air popped popcorn w I can't believe it's not butter spray and salt
