someone posted if you want to lose you will find a way to do it. I stated SB 3/09 lost 35 lbs in 18 months. stoped exercising and gained 8 lbs back. Today I went to the gym for the first time in over a year. I will have to start easy because I am out of shape. but I look forward to improving and losing weight again instead of gaining.
