3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I started March 27 and have been fighting to get to the 30 lb mark since June! :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot::c arrot:

I recently got home from a week long vacation that was not OP and expected at least an 8lb gain of water weight, etc like what happened in Vegas... but no no no, after P1ing it for just 3 days I lost the 2 pesky pounds I've been fighting with all month. Odd, right? Maybe because I was light on the drinks? Tricked my system? I can't explain it!

Oh well, no matter, I'm thrilled and have all of you to thank! This forum is the secret to long-term success in my opinion. There are too many examples of successful SBers who stick around and help out with tips I don't know what I would've done without. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I'll try to be more involved in the community instead of a ghostly lurker every night before bed. LOL.

I love this way of life, it easily forgives you if you can't be OP for a spell, you miss it when you're not OP, it makes you feel great and IT WORKS. I wore jeans yesterday I haven't fit into in 6 years. I fit into 14s the other day (albeit it the stretchy Old Navy kind haha, but still)! That hasn't happened in 10 yrs! It felt great, but by no means am I satisfied. I'm going all the way!

I took a picture of my fridge the other day after I went grocery shopping/farmers marketing because I love who this diet has made me become. One shelf was all veggies and I couldn't wait to use them!
