Default Week 1 down
Woohoo...halfway through the first two weeks. Down 4.4 lbs and feeling good. Aiming for 2 lbs this week but will be happy with anything!

Next week...a peach is all I want. my kids have eaten a whole box of peaches from Costco and I need one!

Congrats I just finished 3 weeks of phase 1 and it literally flew by! But I feel much better about myself!
