I know exactly what you are talking about, from time to time this happens to me, something i have lived with for as long as i can remember, even as far back as childhood, i have yet to be able to pin it down to anything concrete.
You feel absolutely like there is no energy whatsoever, every expended movement is a forced chore, i've tried explaining it once or twice before but it defies explanation really, upon recovery it lingers leaving you feeling weakened for a time but thankfully vanishes. I used to think it was maybe blood sugar levels but i'm more apt to think it could be low heart rate causing the problem, still unsure. Has yet to really cause any harm although last time it hit i was about 3 miles from home walking so had to dig as deep as i could to return which was horrible, been a while knock on wood.
Hope you feel better shortly.
