I have always had low blood pressure and when I was in high school and good shape I would get light headed a lot. This problem went away as I got older. I have been losing weight now for over a year and had a few spells but nothing bad. I am one week into the SBD and I am really tired and get light headed all the time. I have to stop, lean against something, and wait for it to go away before I keep walking. Today I had no energy at all. I am eating all my snacks and never miss breakfast. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do. I hate to just stop the diet, but I hate feeling this way.

Its the SB flu. It'll go away soon. Lots of water, dairy, beans!
