I hope you were able to be firm and not give in to any temptations yesterday, Mo! Sometimes, just posting and venting how you're feeling really helps, and that's what we're here for.

To help prepare yourself for your next round of "Lady Days", why not arm yourself with roasted chickpeas, raw veggies w/hummus or Ranch dressing for dipping, or even some hot tea or vegetable soup. They are all SBD approved snacks and will help banish those cravings to eat.

Good luck, and hang in there!

I hope you're feeling a little bit better this morning.

Along with stocking up on healthy snacks like Cottage suggested, how about taking a walk? It's a good diversion and will burn off some of the extra calories you might be snacking on. And for lots of women exercise helps get rid of cramping.

I've had 3 rounds of lady days in the past 6-7 weeks so I know where you are coming from. It is a real struggle to loose anything during that time. The exercise really helps me alot. I don't want to do it but then when I get started and get done I feel so much better. Of course I drink water like it's going out of style so I'm sure that helps too.

Good luck to you
