s- pb cup, 2 slices lf sf deli ham, one glass v-8
S- salmon and big salad
dessert of vanilla ricotta creme
I am a little disapointed on the scale this morning, I am up a pound and that is the first time this has happened the whole time, I am no where near TOM so I am hoping it is just fluid, but we shall see...today is my last day of phase one so here is the plan
B- 2 eggs and skim milk
L- turkey breast, v8 low sodium, okra, and squash
S- baked chicken, spinach,(whole can) and 1/2 cup of beans
snacks- celery with peanut butter, another milk, a sf yogurt and maybe another v8

Went up 1/2 # in phase 2 week one, but feel I am loosing inches in the mid section still and hey, this celery has to pay off sometime and not a carrot in sight! Hang in there, I went through a mini set back with the weight gain as I was seeing 10# in a month in my mind, for a wedding I am going to June 5th. It took me a year to get this on, soooo, my problem is I started up 6# from my other high weights so really, what am I thinking....!!!!! BAck to mty normal high weight. We can do it! Lisa
Thanks Lisa, I sure needed the pep talk this morning, I wanted to eat some fruit real bad after I saw the gain, and the great thing about that is...I can in the morning

S1- Celery and carrot sticks with Laughing Cow cheese, mixed nuts
D - Leftover tempeh parmesan, steamed broccoli/cauliflower, big green salad
S2/dessert - nf Greek yogurt with berries
today for me:
B- cottage cheese, cherry Silhouette, and a sprinkle of Fiber 1 original
s- ricotta creme
L- leftover grilled salmon, salad
s-starbucks skinny cinnamon dolce, a T peanut butter smooshed with a sprinkle of chocolate protein powder and a T cool whip
S- chili

Christian, Right there with ya, babe! Excpet I managed to pork on 2lbs overnight? LOL BUT ..I feel huge and bloated ,(did before my weigh in so it's not in my head) have no idea either as I am not close to TOM..hang in there girl! You're doin' great!!
Natalia- I am SO glad to know I am not alone in the bloated feeling too, and the gain, I thought I must be a freak of nature or something We can and will do this

L-celery stalk with a bit of pb, pepperoni, steamed veggies with feta and vidalia dressing
s-pb cup (also going to squeeze in a latte somewhere LOL)
S- chili (dh had pork alfredo on a huge bed of pasta) Disaster averted!! LOL
B- Yogurt (flavoured with lemon clite) & Celery sticks w/ peanut butter
S- Turkey Kielbasa & Raw Veggies w/ a little ranch
L- Cheese string (unexpectedly had to stay longer at work)
D- Melted lf cheese on parchment to form a taco shell and stuffed with chicken, lettuce, onions & tomatoes (literally overflowing) and topped with salsa and a dollop of sour cream (sooooooo good )
S- Not sure yet... I will see how I feel.
