Yep, the 2 shots is sugar-free and I don't ever get extras...and there is no fat in the skinny latte which is nice. There is a
small amount of carbs in it though -- I believe about 24g in the venti cup (15g protein). Oh and it's 160 calories.
I looked up the Frap (all i could find was mocha lite in venti and large) and the venti brought back 210 calories, carbs 43g, fat 2g and protein 23.
