I see it now. Lori, she's such a sweet baby!! I LOOOOOVE orange kitties. I told my DH if I see a kitty up for adoption that is orange, I'm taking it. We have a big, gray, fluffy, fat kitty. He's half maine coon and half tabby.
THANKS Zeff! Gideon was an orange cat, this one resembles him a lot, but does look different. I wasn't, am not, partial to orange cats in general, most I think are unbecoming! But Gideon and this one are sweet!
Awww, schmoo! They look so soft.Man...if mine didn't hide all day because my toddler loves him just a little too much, I would go snuggle him. He comes out to cuddle when DS goes to sleep, though.
I had a cat one time (Elvis) and it always liked to sleep on my chest - one night my face started itching and my throat felt funny so my cousin (roomate) said you need to go to hospital your eyes are puffy red and you have blotches all over you needless to say I went to the emergency room and my throat was closing and I was told I was allergic to cats (fur) I sooo loved that cat.
Gonnabe - DH is also allergic to cat dander - I make sure to vacuum daily and change sheets 3-4 times a week. We also have air filters in most rooms. It seems to help.
Zeff - she's my wild one. We got her at 10 mos from the shelter where she'd spent her entire life. She has no fear and never tires of running through the house like one of those cartoon cats skidding and tumbling over everything. Luckily the two of them love each other. I just wish playtime wouldn't start at 4 AM!

you're telling me. Our kitty is a mini-fatty and he does nothing all day, but come nightfall....he races through the house....hitting walls and skidding on the tile and wood all throughout. It's funny, but gets loud and annoying.

On another subject - my DS fell out of bed last night. I heard a thud and went in his room to find him still asleep face down on the floor. It was hard not to laugh. When I walked in, he picked his head up and looked at me like "what the heck!" and then just crawled back into bed and fell asleep. After I walked out of the room, DH and I had a good laugh...the expression on his face was absolutely priceless.
