Ugh well here's what I had at IHOP because I'm a crackhead:
Buttermilk pancakes (with butter)
Scrambled eggs
Two servings of hashbrowns (one to replace the bacon/sausage)
Half an order of onion rings with ranch dressing
And I wonder why my gut is upset. I did take an hour and a half nap though and feel much better in that respect.
