LOVING the Sonoma Diet!
I have been on The New Sonoma Diet for 36 days, and the results so far are beyond my wildest expectations. Wave I was difficult but do-able, and it was just the kick start I needed to begin some serious weight reduction. Since I love to cook, I thoroughly enjoy seeking out new takes on the great Sonoma recipes as well as inventing my own.
One of the things that got me interested in this particular diet is the option to have a glass of wine with dinner. Interestingly, since the pounds have been shedding off so nicely, I am disinclined to add the extra calories and have had exactly three glasses of wine since I started.
My favorite recipe so far is the Szechuan Shrimp. It cost a small fortune to gather the necessary ingredients, but now I have them for many future succulent spicy shrimp suppers!
Good luck with it. Variety is the spice of life, and variety is what is making this diet work well for me.
