It's so quiet here.

Mummy Tummy - Hope you feel better soon!

Yesterday I did my abs dvd and WATP 1 mile walk. Today I did 52 minutes on the treadmill (walking and jogging). I hit my workout goal for June. So now I'm going to bump it up for July.

I feel loads better. The worst of it lasted for about 4 days. The weight is starting to sort itself out as the symptoms subside. *psheeeewwwww* I did continue walking but stopped doing weights because I felt so weak. I'm guessing it's best to ease back into the routine with low reps for awhile, gradually building back up to where I was before. I don't think I could face the full-length work-out right now! I've also gotten my eating back on track. I'm afraid I had the "oh well, had a gain due to illness so what does it matter what I eat" mentality.

Hi everyone, just wanted to check in before the weekend.

Glad you are doing better Mummy Tummy

I just got word that my gym is closing for 2 whole weeks to put in an air conditioning ....Some parts may be open at some times, but no one could give me an answer of which parts and when !! How ANNOYING!!

Well, I better get used to doing some outdoor stuff and picking up those cans a beans for a little while
