Please don't exercise all day

Yes, you can do too much. Eventually it leads to an overtrained body. Fatigue, insomnia, elevated resting heart rate, depressed immune system and failure to heal are some syptoms of overtraining.
You can certainly increase your exercise or add some new activities- hikes, bike rides, etc., but don't just spend endless hours in the gym or on cardio equipment. After a while, it just gets depressing as well.
How about job hunting? Resume updating? And then a brisk walk.
