
I thought I'd drop in & introduce myself. I've about 55-60 pounds to lose to get into the midrange of weight for my height (I'm 5'4" & currently 187 lbs.)
So far I've decided not to 'diet' but that I need to make long lasting changes to my eating & exercise habits. I'm thinking of South Beach, but haven't made any final decisions.
I expect it to be quite a journey as I'm a creature of habit. I love my rut. It's comfy & safe here.
However, I'm venturing into clothing sizes I've never had to buy before. So anyhow, I wanted to say hello & how are ya & I'll be dropping by often.
