Job less

AS of the 26th May I am officially redundant. And I can see if i dont get a job I will be exercising for most of the days until I do. Is there any health risks associated with over exercising? Would it be healthy to exercise all day?

There is a thing as TOO much exercise. But I am sure someone else will have more information then me :)

I would recomend that if you plan on doing that amount of exercise that you review it with your doctor first.

Remember you will have increased energy needs if you do this so you will want to up your calories.

Please don't exercise all day :p Yes, you can do too much. Eventually it leads to an overtrained body. Fatigue, insomnia, elevated resting heart rate, depressed immune system and failure to heal are some syptoms of overtraining.

You can certainly increase your exercise or add some new activities- hikes, bike rides, etc., but don't just spend endless hours in the gym or on cardio equipment. After a while, it just gets depressing as well.

How about job hunting? Resume updating? And then a brisk walk.

Oh my goodness... you sound like my clone. I am losing my job on the 26th as well(family business is moving away :( ) and I will have the entire month of June off so I keep thinking what the heck am I going to do with my time... Going from working full time to doing NOTHING is going to be weird. Get your daily exercise in and have some relaxtion time for yourself! I'll be at the beach everyday. :D
