I've done, erm, not much over the past week. A long walk on the beach yesterday, and I finally conquered my fear of wetsuits and did a try dive last Monday. A bit of swimming, and a bit of a run with my sister's dog, but nothing too structured.

my sides are sore from the best exercise I've had this week...laughing at my OH having a go on my treadmill!! After extracting the urine from me for buying it in the first place beacuse "why can't you just go for a walk?" I was trying to tell him it was a lot tougher than just walking around, but he decided to "show me" how easy the treadmill was - 'cept he nearly ended up flat on his face! The expression on his face was priceless and I'm still PMSL an hour after the event.
Men. You gotta love the poor buggers!

<- sums it up really!

Squats and calf raises to failure. I think it's working, I felt a bit stiff this morning! Hooray! I don't normally feel it, so I should be stepping up the pace a bit!
