I ran 10k! In a proper race and everything! (and I did the 10 minute aerobic warmup before which would have killed me by itself this time last year). I'll get round to writing up some more details later.

And lots of walking round Leeds shops yesterday and today

I went to the gym at lunch time and did bike, treadmill, cross trainer and stepper. It was really fun, and my challenge this week is to work out every lunch time!

 Kykaree, I'm really lucky we have a gym at work so I try to go a minimum of 3 times a week. Definitely feel better and seriously noticed the not smoking any more

Just need to work out the best fat burning workout to do in 40 mins. At the moment I only use the running machine (and usually fast walk as I get pains in my legs when running - and no its not muscle cramp ) and the cross trainer (detest the rower and the bikes here are uncomfortable )

Big well done to YP1 that is really good

I have a gym at work, which I try to get to at lunch time, and go to my gym near my home 5 days a week. I do my weight training at the home gym rather than at work, as the trainers and equipment are better there.

I tend to split my lunch time cardio across as many machines as possible, I don't like the rower either! My stomach gets in the way!

Did leg weights last night too! Not as many as usual, but that's cos my legs were getting sore from the damn running!

Woo hoo!!!! I was so proud to watch you, you did so well!!!! You go girl!!!!

I went to the gym at lunch and did 20 minutes hills on the stepper, and some bike and treadmill.

Tonight I did something weird, months and months ago, before I thought I could step my fat feet into a gym, I bought a workout video. I could only do ten minutes of it, so never bothered again. Well, tonight was too icy to leave the house, so I gave it a try and did the whole thing! It was actually fun!

A fast 5k this morning, followed by 2000 metres (10 minutes) on the rower. I always used to hate the rower and hardly ever used it. But I tried it yesterday and today and realised that it's so much easier without a belly so I'm trying to add in some more rowing as it's meant to be a really good workout.
