:thumbup: Kykaree, I'm really lucky we have a gym at work so I try to go a minimum of 3 times a week. Definitely feel better and seriously noticed the not smoking any more
Just need to work out the best fat burning workout to do in 40 mins. At the moment I only use the running machine (and usually fast walk as I get pains in my legs when running - and no its not muscle cramp

) and the cross trainer (detest the rower and the bikes here are uncomfortable )
