I really must make an effort. I was full of good intentions in January, but haven't done a lot of exercise at all, but have been good with my detox plan and got into that. So now I have a bit more energy and i've lost a few pounds it's really time to get going on the exercise front.

Ha ha! Red Bull, it has me bouncing off the walls, and I feel like Tigger during class!

I thought of marketing an energy drink called tigger juice but I probably wouldn't be allowed cos it woudl appeal to children!

Yeah I'm going to chill on the old arm next week, although it's feeling better today, but if I punch anyone in the head again, it might go all funny!

ROFL. Love the pics Cat. you are BRILL, BRILL I say.... Bloody Brill luv.

I feel right jealous now, that I can't exercise while I type, maybe I can type onehanded while I work my arms out with my weebly two pound weights... every little helps though as I told my kids when I bought em... they wanted me to buy the 10lb ones, I can hardly pick em up with my gammy shoulders... it's the arthritis ya know
