Supplements - do you/should I?
I'm wondering about supplements to help with fat loss/muscle building. I'm not interested in any "energy" pills or anything that will supposedly up my metabolism. I'm wondering more along the lines of creatine, betagen, or nitric oxide. Basically I want to make sure I'm doing all I can to get the most out of this challenge. I'm using some protein powder/Myoplex Lite and I take the following vitamins/supplements daily (did this before I started this program): calcium, flax/fish oil capsules, multi-vitamin, HSN supplement (hair, skin, nails), vitamin C, and osteo-biflex.
