Hi everyone. I had my hip replacement surgery one month ago and I'm looking forward to getting back into exercise. I have started physio and I'm walking with crutches at this point.
Feb goal: 400 minutes

I'm changing my goals slightly to count sessions of strength-training and yoga because counting minutes annoyed me.

I ran 6km today (not fast - 48m) which I'm pretty pleased with. I could have kept going, but I'm still working back up after some issues with my hip & I didn't want to over-stress it.
