March Exercise Challenge
Let's roar into March like lions!

I hoped that I would increase my exercise goal in March, but I'm dealing with knots in my upper back muscles. I'm not quite sure what's going to work this month, and I don't want my exercise goal to add to the stress. I think keeping it at 1500 minutes will provide motivation to be creative about figuring out what works without added pressure.
March goal: 1500 minutes

Great job so far this month everyone! I would like to join for March please. I've been keeping track of my exercises so I'll add them below.
Goal: 650 min
06: 35 walk (35/650)
09: 25 pool exercises (60/650)
