I've been struggling and avoiding the scale. But it wasn't that bad when I finally stepped on it, so it seems I've been mostly successful in my struggle. That's a reasonable start to the month!
I was on vacation, so as expected I went up a little, even with doing A LOT of walking.
Hoping to get it down before my next little trip near the end of this month.
so for me for May, my month will end on 5/22 since we leave 5/23. My goal is to get below 180.

Hi! I've been on a diet and doing exercises since march but I never used the weight loss challenge this year. But I've got some weight to lose so I am trying it again ^^
My birthday was on Friday. Putting that firmly behind me, I'm ready to get more serious about my goal for the rest of the month. How is everyone else doing?
Crazy weekend for me: 7 year old’s Birthday party on Thursday (Pizza & ice cream cake), Volunteer Fire Department Installation Dinner on Friday (buffet dinner & amazing desserts), Surprise Birthday party for a friend on Saturday (Italian restaurant).

I had a family reunion this weekend, at least I didn't over eat much. I am very motivated to get to 90 kilos but my body is screaming for sugar, I have cravings for sugar since sunday, I hope they go away soon. I am not giving up without fighting!

I’ve been unmotivated… so much going on and no time (or more accurately I have chosen not to make the time).
looking forward to next week when we’ll get away for a bit.
