May Weight Loss Challenge
Make it a merry month of May making our weight loss goals!

start: 14st 13lb / 209lb target: 14st 10lb / 206lb target loss: 3lb I'm down into sub-15st weight, & sub-30 BMI, so I'm "only" overweight now - yay! so I'm going to keep up the good work & aim for 3lb loss this month. |

I was on vacation, so as expected I went up a little, even with doing A LOT of walking.
Hoping to get it down before my next little trip near the end of this month. so for me for May, my month will end on 5/22 since we leave 5/23. My goal is to get below 180. 5/4: 183.1 5/5: 182.6 |

I had a family reunion this weekend, at least I didn't over eat much. I am very motivated to get to 90 kilos but my body is screaming for sugar, I have cravings for sugar since sunday, I hope they go away soon. Joy that sounds like a reasonable & attainable goal.
