Howdy everyone! Here it is...Monday again! I've been off work since Christmas eve. It was nice to get back to a normal schedule. Weighed in this morning and have all my food points tracked for the day. I managed not to drink any alcohol all weekend, which is quite a feet for me, as hubby and I are craft beer junkies. Was down just a little to 204.4. Everyone enjoy your evening...I still have a workout planned after dinner.
Happy Friday! Today is my weigh in day. Only down a few to 203.8. Still, I'll take it. Another weekend coming up and doing my best to preplan so I can stay on track. I worked out Monday and Tuesday, but my arthritis was killing me Wed and Thurs. Planning to get out to my garage gym this afternoon. Hope you all are doing well!
my weekly weigh-in day is not until monday, but the scale is showing me that i am trending the right way. the hardest part for me is not eating after 9pm, but i have been doing very well in that area since new years. i plan on keeping it up.
