I’m in! I haven’t been here in 5 years and I have 40 pounds of regain to kick to the side of the road. In 2018 I had knee surgery, I contracted an incurable nerve disease that put my tush on the couch where I enjoyed too many carbs.
my goal is to shed 10 pounds. I started at 183. My goal is a Vegan January that I started January 4th.

Good Luck tomorrow on weigh in, VMJoe! Didn't drink again this weekend. But, could have made better food choices. Well, tomorrow is another day to start fresh. Hope to hear from some more participants!

Howdy-Howdy!!! Here comes Tuesday! Wasn't in the mood to cook breakfast, so I'm drinking a protein shake and having a cup of coffee! Scale said 201.8 this a.m. I am soooo looking forward to being under 200 for once! It's been a while. I purchased a nordictrack elliptical in December, but the ship date isn't until Jan. 25. It can't get here soon enough. I like to workout, but my arthritis kills me afterwards if I do too much jumping around. We booked a beach trip (socially distanced...just us and the beach). So I need to keep visioning myself slimmer, soaking up the sun! Anybody have an event try are looking forward to?

Joy - I've never seen the Plaza lights, but KC is a fun place. Good BBQ! The lights in Branson at Silver Dollar City are my favorites - way better than Disney even. My brother lives outside of San Antonio. Very nice city and lots to do there, too. I love their River Walk area. It's fun to have something or someplace to look forward to going.

I'm heading to work...the kitchen since I am remote. That's been a challenge the past 10 months! But I have stocked a lot of fresh fruits and veggies and rid the pantry of bad trigger foods. I just need my family to eat their Christmas chocolates and candies so it's not so tempting.

hello all january goal-getters !

mondays are my weekly weigh-in days and i am please to report current weight of 195 lbs; a 2lb. drop for the week. a little over the target of 1lb. per week, but i'm not complaining !

Ugh! I see there hasn't been much chatter here. I didn't post much last week because I couldn't figure out why I wasn't losing, and in fact was gaining a little. Well, I thought I was menopausal, but apparently not. Mother nature hit me with a vengeance this week!!! Wow! Anyhow, I weighed this morning and was at 201.3. I just want to be in onederland by the end of the month. I hope you all are doing well and sticking to your plans!

hello, all january goal-getters.

today is my weekly weigh-in day. unfortunately no change (195lbs) in spite of having had a good week. i kind of expected this after last mondays spectacular 2lb. loss. my scale isn't super accurate and i really do expect that it will "make it up to me" at next weeks weigh-in if i stick to the plan.

hope everyone is doing well with their plan !
