My January goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

Jan3: 40 min walk outdoors AM; 15 min exercise bike PM
Jan9: 30 min walk outdoors; 15 min exercise bike
Jan10: 20 min AM exercise bike
Jan16: 2 hours hiking nature trail
Jan 18: 20 min exercise bike; 35 min outdoor walk
Jan21: 25 min exercise bike
Jan22: 20 min bike
Jan25: 10 min bike
Jan26: 15 min bike AM; 25 min outdoor walk PM
Jan30: 10 min exercise bike; 55 min outdoor walk

TOTAL MINUTES: 455
