I barely made the modest July goal (on the final day)...
I'll stick with the modest 600 minutes of intentional exercise.
It's back to school for Texas teachers on August 12.
Aug1: 45 min water walk PM
Aug4: 65 min water walk PM
Aug11: 60 min water walk PM
Aug14: 35 min water walk PM
Aug15: 80 min water walk AM
Aug16: 80 min water walk AM
Aug28: 60 min water walk AM
Aug29: 75 min water walk AM
Aug30: 80 min water walk AM
TOTAL: 580

KStrong : Yep! Tabbycat does that, too. Just be sure to pop in near the end of the month to let me know how you did because I usually forget to come back to the first page and check.
