I wanted to mention that I have been trying to get an average step goal of 10,000 for the month. I was able to do this in June. Yesterday I was a bit short but last night I danced to make up the difference and to get to that goal. It wasn't much and it doesn't make a huge difference in life, but I'm glad I did it.

good evening! have been MAJOR PROBLEMS with my tower modem. am using my laptop right now. also been very busy. my sister is here with her two dogs. my brother-in-law gets here tomorrow.

Ciecie A lot of people are having internet/TV problems right now since there is a major outage going on.
I had a lot going on today and was only able to get a short workout in, but I did something.
