My November goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise a week. If I do 'daily life' exercise such as leaf raking or snow shoveling I count it at half time.
My November goals are 7000 steps/day and 60 minutes cardio/week.
1: 1383 steps. I was ill and in bed today so not a great start!
2: 4758 steps. I've hurt the top of my left foot. It's happened before but I don't know why. I've been hobbling around on it but I'm not sure how to treat it.

Nov. 03 - 45 min. Leslie Sansone weighted cardio; 15 min. abs =60/600
Nov. 04 - 15 min. LS, 30 min. Keli Roberts=45 min; 2 hours outside walking in woods cutting saplings and more raking; 165/600

3: 2418 steps. My foot is worse today. I'm RICEing it and taking anti-inflammatories.
