My November goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise a week. If I do 'daily life' exercise such as leaf raking or snow shoveling I count it at half time.

Nov. 01 - 0
Nov. 02 - 0
Nov. 03 - 45 min. Leslie Sansone weighted cardio; 15 min. abs =60/600
Nov. 04 - 15 min. LS, 30 min. Keli Roberts=45 min; 2 hours outside walking in woods cutting saplings and more raking; 165/600
Nov. 05 - 31 min. Shelly Dose weighted cardio; 196/600

My November goals are 7000 steps/day and 60 minutes cardio/week.

1: 1383 steps. I was ill and in bed today so not a great start!
2: 4758 steps. I've hurt the top of my left foot. It's happened before but I don't know why. I've been hobbling around on it but I'm not sure how to treat it.
3: 2418 steps. My foot is worse today. I'm RICEing it and taking anti-inflammatories.
4: 1854 steps. I can hardly stand on my foot so very few steps.

1: 1383 steps. I was ill and in bed today so not a great start!
2: 4758 steps. I've hurt the top of my left foot. It's happened before but I don't know why. I've been hobbling around on it but I'm not sure how to treat it.
3: 2418 steps. My foot is worse today. I'm RICEing it and taking anti-inflammatories.
4: 1854 steps. I can hardly stand on my foot so very few steps.
5: 1675 steps. I'm amazed it's over 1000 to be honest.

Newlyn: how is your foot? Did they find anything broken? RICE works for me, but it takes frustratingly long sometimes.

8: 4014 steps My dad had to go to the hospital so there was a lot of walking.

gardenerjoy: The doctor suspected a stress fracture but luckily the x-ray was fine, at least for that. They're checking it for signs of arthritis(!) and I don't know what else. The doctor should get the full report in a week. There hasn't been enough RICEing unfortunately but it does feel a little better, thanks.
