Hello! Great motivator to log and to cheer others on. I don't know what turbo kick is... I rode 7 miles with husband this afternoon at lunch and plan to ride another 11 miles in a bit.

No workout since we were dealing with the storm today. We opened the shop, but closed early since we didn't know how bad it was going to get. So far we have done ok.

I got some cardio from shopping with a friend. We walked around for most of the day. It wasn't like my usual mall walk (not as fast) but it was for a much longer period of time.
