YEESH. Alrdy?! No don't give up! ..but I'm not one to talk, I think I went a week without working out. OOPS. I did on Friday tho.
I made a new plan to kinda help me get going. Since..AUGUST IS NOT FAR AWAY ARGH (I feel like I'm not gonna get my goal before then /sigh)
But I'm gonna try to start joggin in the morning. Fri-Sun at like..8am when hopefully no one is awake haha.
just keep thinking about your goal and how fast time goes and that it'll be that day when you are your goal and everything was worth it...that's what I'm going off so far. @___@
