Default Starting new, looking for diet buddies

I definitely could use some motivation and support. I am just starting, realizing I've shockingly put on 30 lbs in less than a year. What happened?!? Ugh.

Anyway, I'm doing a diet program (medifast) but think generalized motivation and positive vibes are what leads to success! So, anyone else just starting out too?

I am planning to start next week, after payday. I have about 20lbs to lose. I would love to know how others with a lower weight loss goal have done on Medifast?

I had 25 to lose the first time. It was going great before I decided to take a week off. Which became a month. Which became many months. Now I have 35 to lose. but I have high hopes!!!!

I wouldn't mind being buddies either! I want to lose about 30 before August so we p much have the same goal and same amount to lose! ;d

I'm restarting. I have not gained anything back from the last time I seriously lost weight (1 year ago), but I am still trying to lose about 10 pounds and countless inches as my fat percentage is extremely high so I look way bigger than I should be at my weight. It's very disheartening when people weigh 10-15 pounds more than you yet wear 2-4 sizes smaller! I am finally committed to hoping back on the wagon and changing that lol!

Here I am!

Today was only the third day and I feel like quitting. That's so lame! I want to be thin but I have so many bad eating habits.

And Candeka, I can relate. My BMI is out of control!

YEESH. Alrdy?! No don't give up! ..but I'm not one to talk, I think I went a week without working out. OOPS. I did on Friday tho.

I made a new plan to kinda help me get going. Since..AUGUST IS NOT FAR AWAY ARGH (I feel like I'm not gonna get my goal before then /sigh)

But I'm gonna try to start joggin in the morning. Fri-Sun at like..8am when hopefully no one is awake haha.

just keep thinking about your goal and how fast time goes and that it'll be that day when you are your goal and everything was worth it...that's what I'm going off so far. @[email protected]

Ugh. I'm doing the medifast program so I'm not supposed to work out the first couple of weeks. I actually WANT to start running again. I think I'll just get in some mini runs. Shhhh.

Stick with it! You might want to vary the running with something else so you don't get bored? Or at least treat yourself to some new music on iTunes.

I like that you have to be on here and actively posting for 20 days before you "earn" a weight ticker for your signature. I'm such a dork that it motivates me. I want that ticker!!!

Oyeah totes. I'll do my useally workout when I'm not jogging on those days. And have Monday off to rest. And I'll deff need to find new music for all of this..I'm gonna burn out all of my playlists. xD
