Personally I am calorie counting, there are so many free apps out there that make tracking your food a cinch (I use MyNetDiary, I love it) And I have been adding little bits of exercise as I go. Bought a cheap, used elliptical from Kijiji and have been trying to get on that at least 5 days a week. I have lost 12 lbs since Jan 1st. It can be tough, but coming here and hearing everyone else battling similar struggles keeps me grounded and moving forward.
