which i am looking forward to! i lost 6-7 pounds this month though, so i'm hoping i can lose more in December with being able to focus on gym time the 2nd half of the month!

I try my best to do 1200 calories a day, which I can do somewhat easily when I'm not working. But on a work day I give in to temptation for too easily, and I think that will be my number 1 goal for December: to work on not giving in to temptation and to only eat when I am hungry and when the food is beneficial to my body - not cookies and cakes, etc, just because they are convenient. That is honestly my biggest struggle right now.
