My original goal weight was 90kg, but I'm almost there so I'm thinking of moving it to 89.5. I've got a ton of holiday parties coming up so I don't want to go too low, I really like reaching my goals!

jrkessle: 0.6 pounds could be nothing but a bit of water maintenance or, ahem, a bathroom event that hasn't happened yet. Don't let the scale get you down! It's too capricious to be the measure of our success. We only use it because it's convenient, not because it's the best method. So, don't put too much stock in it. It's just a tool and the number is just data.

Loving my progress this week! Shot down from 225 to 219.4 in 7 days. Planning 2 hour cardio workouts all this week (Wednesday-Sunday) to weigh-in again on Monday as 215!
