Hi Everyone!
Today is almost the end of Day 1 on IP. I am surprised at how good the powered foods are!
I am 27 and 145 lbs. I gained 20 lbs. this last year since nursing school started. Womp Womp. Anyway, my weight has been a battle since I graduated from undergrad at 160 lbs. I was able to lose 40 lbs with diet (mainly portion control) and exercise...but this time around the weight was just not budging no matter how much cardio I did.
I like the idea of resetting the pancreas and retraining the body to not crave sweets because I am definitely an emotional eater.
I'm excited to have found this community and can't wait to hear about each of your journeys!
