Default Doing Medifast and I Start Tomorrow!

And I'm excited! I am 269.4lbs. I've tried calorie and point counting. It doesn't work for me. This seems really simple and something I can actually do. I have been heavy all my life. I am under supervision of a physician and health coach. I'm so excited to try the food in the morning and start my new life.
