So I just started getting back into the swing of things with dieting. I was good for two weeks, felt like I saw a change (didn't weigh myself, I have an issue with getting obsessed with the scale).
Then I went and visited the long distance BF Friday-Tuesday and we ate out a lot. I tried to make smart decisions, but had one really bad day.
Well, I shrugged it off and figured I'd get back on the wagon today. Breakfast and lunch was fine, I even ate out at lunch but just had tuna on a salad with lemon instead of dressing.
Problem... there is candy EVERYWHERE in my office. I've been snacking on it all day. Now I'm oscillating between saying "screw it" and having a big dinner, or just not eating dinner at all, both of which are a terrible idea.
I was in such good shape up until May, and I've let it go all to ****. I really really want to come into the holidays eating right and with the discipline to say NO to sugar.
Alright, end rant.
