Thought I'd come and post and chat with other ladies in my situation

I've had 2 kids but I've been a tad overweight my whole life! I don't know what its like to be in shape

I'm done having kids and I want to get in the best shape of my life not only for myself but for my kids and husband!!

My weight before my 2nd baby was over 200lbs but now I am 197lbs, I DO NOT want to be back over 200 I just want to keep shedding the pounds! My 2nd baby is almost 3 months old so I'm nursing her which is helping its the exercise part that I can't get motivation to do! Please help me...kick my butt!!!
