Hi everyone!
Thought I'd come and post and chat with other ladies in my situation :) I've had 2 kids but I've been a tad overweight my whole life! I don't know what its like to be in shape :( I'm done having kids and I want to get in the best shape of my life not only for myself but for my kids and husband!! :) My weight before my 2nd baby was over 200lbs but now I am 197lbs, I DO NOT want to be back over 200 I just want to keep shedding the pounds! My 2nd baby is almost 3 months old so I'm nursing her which is helping its the exercise part that I can't get motivation to do! Please help me...kick my butt!!! :D Looking for ladies to chat with to keep me motivated!
